Dan Elder is an executive coach and consultant with more than 35-years developing and leading federal employees. He has had international postings in Germany, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia and Iraq, Dan’s specialties are in leading personal and business team professional development seminars and one-on-one action planning sessions. He has authored three books, Dan now works as an independent consultant and operates a project management company in Killeen TX. Dan is a certified leadership coach and trainer who has mentored hundreds of defense leaders and supervisors at all levels, Dan leads Balanced Readiness Seminars and provides feedback and action plan development using 360-degree multi-source feedback instruments. He earned a master’s degree in organizational communication from Northeastern University and a BS in business administration from Touro College. He has been married to Gloria for 32-years, they have two daughters and four grandchildren.

Coaching Philosophy I use my more than 31-years of experience as a military logistician and manager, coupled with my business experience, to connect with each leader using terms that they can relate to.
