Temple, TX – Topsarge Business Solutions (TBS) of Temple Texas was selected as the winning bidder of a $1.6-million dollar, 1-year task order to deliver technical training and instructional support services for U.S. Army personnel at Fort Gregg-Adams, Virginia. In 2022 the Department of Defense announced TBS as one of four veteran-owned prime contractors for the 5-year Sustainment Center of Excellence (SCoE) Instructor Training Support Development (ITSD) II Multiple Award contract.

According to the Project Manager Robin Beth, the primary duties of the mechanical maintenance instructors are to “develop future Ordnance maintainers to support, and repair select Army ground systems.” Furthermore, Ms. Beth noted that “the career management field of Ordnance comprises fourteen military occupational specialties and five additional skill identifiers that function in a wide range of areas that require technical and tactical skills.” Army maintainers support every type of unit in the Army, and this is the second time that TBS has had the important mission of training future soldier technicians for the Ordnance School.
