Topsarge Business Solutions LLC (TBS) is an experienced leadership development firm that uses both the principles and applications that authentic leadership is broadening and educational. Building a Strong Warrior Life Skills Workshop
The Building a Strong Warrior Workshop is a combination of Life Skills training with team building exercises using either a ropes course, a full-dome science theater or an equine-based program. Our approach to Life Skills training is 100% hands-on and interactive. We do not utilize PowerPoint presentation or only lecture to deliver our Life Skills training. Students learn relaxation and meditation techniques and learn how to activate the body’s natural relaxation response and then participate in a team-building activity that requires physical activity and uses teamwork to help solve problems.
