Topsarge Awarded Two Key Contracts with the U.S. Department of Education
Temple, TX – September 2024 – Topsarge Business Solutions (TBS) is announced the award of two contracts with the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Federal Student Aid (FSA) to provide comprehensive training programs designed to enhance the leadership capabilities of employees and managers across the agency. These initiatives are pivotal in advancing workforce development, mission-critical initiatives, and the strategic goals of FSA.
The first winning project is titled “Coaching Employees at All Levels,” which focuses on equipping FSA supervisors and managers with essential strategies and tools to effectively coach and develop employees, regardless of their performance levels. The second contract, titled “Leadership Knowledge Bytes Series,” capitalizes on TBS’s long-standing reputation as a leader development company.
