TBS Awarded U.S. Army Contract to Support Master Driver Trainer Qualification Course
Temple, TX, March 16, 2026 – Topsarge Business Solutions, LLC (TBS), a small business specializing in professional training support and mission-focused services for the federal government, has been awarded a new contract by the U.S. Army to provide Instructor and Training Support Services for the Master Driver Trainer Qualification Course (MDTQC) supporting the Army Driver Standardization Office (ADSO) at the U.S. Army Transportation School, Sustainment Center of Excellence.
The task order, awarded by the Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Lee, Virginia, has TBS providing technical instructor and training development support for the Army’s Master Driver Trainer Qualification Course, a critical program that prepares Army personnel to manage vehicle operator training, licensing, and safety programs across the force. This work will support classroom instruction, practical exercises, training material development, and academic records management for the course. The program ensures Soldiers receive the knowledge and certifications required to safely operate and manage Army vehicle fleets and driver training programs.
