PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The U.S. Sustainment Center of Excellence awarded TBS a contract to deliver high-caliber instructor services aimed at equipping Army personnel with essential skills for military occupational specialties (MOS) and additional skill identifiers (ASI). This program includes comprehensive training for Wheeled and Tracked Vehicle Recovery, Advanced Individual Training (AIT) specialties in Utilities Equipment Repair, Tactical Power Generation Maintenance, Allied Trades (Machining and Welding), Small Arms and Towed Artillery Repair, Tracked Vehicle Repair, Self-Propelled Artillery Systems Maintenance, and Stryker System Maintenance.

TRAINING SERVICES PROVIDED

To fulfill the U.S. Army Ordnance School’s rigorous standards, TBS personnel provided a full range of support, from preparing training environments to executing complex instructional tasks. TBS’s service scope specifically aligned with the Army’s needs by delivering:

  • Classroom Preparation & Equipment Maintenance: Setting up training spaces and ensuring operability of training aids.
  • Industry Standard Training: Conducting sessions through various methods (classroom, labs, seminars, conferences, discussions, lectures, and practical exercises).
  • Continuous Improvement of Training Material: Incorporating evolving Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP), lessons learned, and After-Action Reviews (AARs) into training resources.
  • Performance Feedback & Counseling: Conducting academic counseling and evaluating student strengths and weaknesses.
  • Comprehensive Student Assessment: Grading written and performance tests, reviewing homework, and providing remedial support when necessary.
