Our Media Division milMedia Group manages the consolidated TBS help desk and from there we monitor numerous web communities continuously, as well as plan and prepare for disaster recovery. The TBS media department milMedia Group creates and manages user accounts, responds to trouble tickets, patches and updates software, accesses and uses databases, creates and interpret key performance indicators, manage content, use email systems and tools, and interact with customer/member populations.
