Leader and Developmental Training

Our trainers and evaluators are proficient at creating solutions for in-stride problems. Our staff creates plans and facilitates training events, provides evaluations and assessments, and test and validates solutions. We participate in and lead conferences and training seminars, as well as conduct executive coaching and facilitate feedback sessions.  To assist supervisors and managers to develop new skills and learn best practices in how to manage and deal effectively with all levels within an organization, our workshop retreats are training activities for groups between 10-50, customized by our facilitators where we lead a group through the decision-making and/or our goal-setting process. Training Development

TBS instructional design team creates training programs that allows our clients employees to develop their skillset and grow in their capacity as an organization to support the mission and vision of the agency. TBS designers uses the principles of adult learning as described in Malcolm Knowles’ Theory of Andragogy, adults bring with them rich reserves of experiences that form the foundation of their learning. They analyze, rationalize, synthesize, and develop new ideas or tweak old ones through the filter of their experiences. The International Coach Federation (ICF) defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. People hire a coach when they are starting a new business, making a career transition, reevaluating their life choices, working toward challenging goals, or simply feeling ready for a personal or professional breakthrough. As authorized members of the coaching governing body we only conduct coaching services in accordance with the ethical guidelines and standards of practice of the ICF.
